Cousin Kathryn is here!

Uncle Matt, Aunt Laura and Kathryn made the trip to NJ a few weekends ago for Papa's birthday celebration. It was a great weekend with family and Tyler got to do a lot catching up with his Aunts, Uncles, cousin Kathryn and Grandma and Papa.

Kathryn and Tyler had a great time seeing each other. Now that Tyler is crawling they are having more fun together since Tyler can try to keep up with Kathryn. Kathryn was very patient with Tyler while he took every toy (both hers and his) and shoved it in his mouth.

Happy Valentines Day

For Tyler's first Valentines Day he was all decked out in his eligible bachelor outfit. Pretty sure he has a valentine at daycare...or at least he's trying to win a little girl over by yelling in her face, pulling her hair and making her cry. Ahhhh love is in the air!

Annual Lake Placid trip

Another great trip to Lake Placid....Tyler's first taste of one of Mommy and Daddy's favorite places (besides his journey last year when he was the size of papaya in Mommy's belly)

We had a great trip enjoying nice relaxing days at the house watching the beautiful snow falls onto Mirror Lake. Night time was a bit of a different situation...during our trip Tyler's second top tooth surfaced which meant long nights and a cranky boy. But all in all the trip was great, Tyler got to spend lots of time with his Grammy and PopPop and his Aunties and Uncles...and of course Cousin Sophia. We also were able to take Tyler to his very first hockey game and for a trip to our favorite restaurant. We can't wait for next years trip so we can take Tyler out in the snow to play.

Ahhhhhh

Tyler loves to hangout with his mouth open these days....either drool is pouring out or he is screaming as loud as he can. It's pretty commical!

Poor baby.....

So our little boy has had a rough few days. Tyler got hit with a virus hard. So bad that mommy had to rush him to the hospital with a fever of 105 on Thursday night. Needless to say it was a difficult and scary night for Mommy and Daddy. But after a few days and multiple visits to Dr's and many doses of ibuprofen and Tylenol Tyler's fever finally broke. Now it's just picking up the pieces of the damage this little virus has done to the little guys sleep schedule, appetite, etc.

Here is a snap shot of Tyler in his hospital gown....although still running a high temperature while at the Dr, and it being midnight, he was having a ball hanging out in his hospital gown with Aunt Chris and Uncle Larry!

7 months old

Little late with the post but I did get a picture....and boy was it a tough photo shoot. Now that our little boy is moving around (and never stops moving) it was hard to get a good picture of him and his sign....as you will see in the series below.

Tyler continues to be a very happy little boy. His toothy smile and outbursts of screams just make your day! He is constantly in motion, but not quite crawling yet (everyone keeps telling us to be thankful!). I know I say this every month but it really is hard to believe our baby boy is 7 months (actually almost 8 months since Mommy is slacking on the posts!)
